Elsa’s Story
Elsa was found by a dumpster at about a year old. She had just given birth to puppies and was super skinny and bloated. She had been shaved and neglected to the point where she was skin and bones. She was taken in by Tim and Liz McVicker and given a second chance at life. She now has her long silky coat and the most beautiful eyes!
